The client was located in several buildings across DIC, Dubai. CitySpace was appointed to create a HQ to include a Conference Centre, a Café and both shared and assigned workspaces.
CitySpace worked closely with the Facilities and Internal Projects Committee, to create a working environment that would combine all work functions into one cohesive space. A careful balance of shared and assigned workspaces was created to cater for both office-based and sales staff. Due to their growth, internal collaboration is increasingly important to the client. To address this, meeting rooms were designed to incorporate a functional as well as more flexible and collaborative purpose.
